Drawing.
To pause, process & play
I draw as a way to process the world around me. It’s always been a quiet anchor—a therapeutic tool to untangle thoughts, or just breathe when life feels overwhelming.
Every morning, I draw a lunch card for my kid (a tiny act of love that also saves my sanity). Because in the midst of hustling a six-year-old out the door, that little drawing forces me to pause. To focus on something playful instead of the stress of trying to catch a bus.
Drawing has always been an essential part of my daily life—a way to observe, process, and remember. Whether through quick sketches in a café or detailed illustrations in my studio, each line holds a moment, a place, or a feeling.
